Ready-to-use, one-component, cold applied, low viscosity polyurethane base, elastomeric membrane for roof waterproofing. Sikalastic® M 640 cures to form a seamless and durable waterproofing membrane, suitable for exposed roof areas and structures, as well as below tiles on balconies and terraces.
